Mes travaux de recherche conduits en zones tropicales ont comme objectif de relier la biodiversité et la fragmentation des écosystèmes dans une approche intégrative de génétique du paysage. Les changements environnementaux en regard des différents mécanismes évolutifs s’exerçant sur les systèmes sont appréhendés via l’étude de la différenciation génétique des populations et de leur répartition (biogéographie moléculaire) et via l’étude de la diversité moléculaire et de la parenté des espèces (phylogénie moléculaire) afin de retracer des scénarios de dispersion, de spéciation ou d’évolution conjointe (interactions trophiques ou écologiques).
